What to expect

During a chemical peel, the chemical solution is applied to your skin with a brush, cotton ball, gauze or sponge. You might feel mild stinging while the chemical solution is on your skin.

Once the peel has been on the skin for sufficient time, it will be removed to reveal rejuvenated, more youthful skin beneath.
